Julington Creek Plantation was one of the first large planned communities on this side of the county, and most of it went up through the nineties and early two thousands. That gives the area something the newer communities do not have yet: houses on their second round of finishes, owned by families who have lived in them long enough to know exactly what they want changed.
The calls here are rarely emergencies. They are kitchens that have been tolerated for a decade, a primary bathroom nobody enjoys using, and flooring that lost the fight with kids and dogs years ago. Planned work, on a schedule, in a house that stays lived in the whole time.

Patches, touch ups and a texture that was never quite matched. Doing them one at a time is what makes a wall look repaired; doing the wall as a whole is what makes it look finished.
