Jacksonville Beach has the widest mix of housing in our range. Original beach cottages sit on the same street as houses rebuilt in the last decade, and a good share of the area is rented, either long term or by the week. Each of those brings different work, but they share one thing: everything on the outside ages faster this close to the water.
